For my 31st Birthday, I signed up to run 31 miles on perhaps the most sadistic course ever conceived. I’ve got a nasty cut across my leg and two of the biggest bruises humanly possible on my butt. Speedgoat was undoubtably a major success. Next up: Sheep Mountain 50m in Fairplay #speedgoat50k#ultrarunning#snowbird#utah
Nate and I getting ready to conquer the mountain this morning. @spartanrace
Me having good hair days is nonexistent, can’t wait to be in Utah to get away from this humidity. 1 more day, then 5 more days until @paradisusplaya. So excited. 😜
Today’s dedication of the Pioneer Children’s Memorial at This Is The Place Heritage Park marks the culmination of years of work contributed by talented and inspiring artists, writers, architects, leaders, donors, employees and too many more to mention. This joint project between Days of ‘47 Inc. and This Is The Place Heritage Park, honors the more than 650 children whose lives were lost along the journey across a vast and untamed land to reach the Place they would call home. This month Utah celebrates the brave men, women and children of all cultures and faiths, who sacrificed all they had for personal freedom to live according to their beliefs. Today Utah is once again known as the place where modern day pioneers are leading the nation in industry, technology, innovation and creativity. Is it any wonder the beehive is our state symbol? Be a Pioneer...be inclusive with neighbors, co-workers, friends and family. In 1934 a Monument Committee was formed to mark and celebrate the founding and history of Utah. This committee was comprised of Native Americans, Roman Catholic, Greek Orthodox, Protestant, Jewish and Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saint representatives. A Bill was presented to Congress and a Petition was made to the Governor and Legislative Assembly to proceed with plans to commemorate “those who have made a heroic sacrifice or unusual achievement in laying the foundations of civilization.” As requested in the Congress, the great monument completed in 1947, honors all people whose faith and courage constitute an important part of the historic fabric and diversity that is now Utah. Today we add another chapter of history, The Pioneer Children’s Memorial, to a Park committed to be The Place for Everyone! #utah#thisistheplaceheritagepark#freedom#courage#inclusive#industry#july24
Happy Saturday 🌼🍻🌲 What’re you drinking this weekend?
@uintabrewing Golden Spike Hefeweizen is a great go-to beer - smooth, creamy with a perfect touch of orange. Just what I want for a day in the mountains. 🍊🌲 #packtheuinta #packinpackout

🇺🇲 Zion National Park.
Almost 38 weeks😱 Hospital bag is packed and we are ready whenever this baby wants to come! I’m still enjoying my pregnancy and not in any hurry other than the fact that I am SO excited to finally meet him😊❤️ #38weekspregnant
