Back at the AM Grind, but the gym after work the last two days throws off my schedule. Break’n it down on on hang cleans.
Heavy singles on snatches. 77kg/169.5 lbs. Missed my max at 85kg/187lbs left shoulder has been giving me grief as of late, but slowly getting better. I need to work on faster feet and pulling myself under the bar. Next goal is 100kg. I do have a video of my max at 85kg just so you know I'm telling the truth. Haha
Always finish workouts with squats! Front squat at 111kg/244lbs for 4 singles.

Casey wanting to be YouTube Star 😂. He knows how to get me.....when I said it’s time to go inside and get ready for bed he asks “Mom can we practice some basketball first?” Casey just started playing and as my favorite sport I would never say no to practicing! And it’s actually the first time he’s asked me to practice any sport.
#ticktockfold ternyata pose yg sulit walau kelihatan sederhana tp menyenangkan..Perut ditekan sedemikian rupa..Masih perlu bantuan dinding..next dicoba lagi

That’s not how this works! That’s not how any of this works!
Like playing a musical instrument, meditation takes practice. You do not start meditating and immediately morph into Super Meditator. It takes a little bit of time so be patient!
excuse my messy bedroom aha my sister has come home from uni for good meaning her room is no longer my practice room and mine is a tip from sorting myself out for rwcmd! anyway, i have a love-hate relationship with this section of the brahms as i love the melody but it’s challenging in terms of my own technique aha. all of the elements i’ve mentioned in my previous brahms posts are at play in this clip and it’s all about manipulating them in the right way and striking the best degrees of sensitivity at the right times. i’m also trying my best to get smooth shifts in the biggest leap sections but i don’t know whether to work on making the shifts quicker or use glissando to my advantage at this point. i often struggle to distinguish whether gliss during some shifts is seen as stylistic or just sloppy technique. so this is something i need to work on. my teacher has mentioned this to me before but i’ve also noticed in this clip i need to work on not moving my left elbow around quite so much as it ends up getting hidden behind the body of the instrument and im probably creating unnecessary problems for myself that way. anywhooo enjoy x
