The thing is! It really DOESN'T matter how you choose to live your life. Whether you build a business #, or work a corporate job. Whether you decide to travel the world and move around, or you stay in the same little town all of your life. You can go to the gym 5 times a week, or sit on the couch every night. But! Whatever you do SOMEONE will judge you for it. Without even knowing your why, you will be judged!
While it's easy to complain about outside critics, TRUTH IS! The biggest critic in your life usually lives right between your own two ears! Working up the courage to move beyond your own uncertainty is one of the GREATEST challenges you will face on the journey to achieving your goals.
Criticism and negativity from others, and yourself, is like a wall. If you focus on it, then you’ll run right into it. Don't be blocked by negative emotions, anger, and self-doubt. Focus on the road in front of you, and on moving forward. THEN! You can speed past the walls and barriers that are there to distract your from your goals!

Genuine feedback from friends, partners and relatives seeking to support us and question our actions, is different from harsh judgements designed to pull you down or control you.
Whale watching off the shores of Victoria was incredible! The views were simply amazing! My camera died before we got quite close to the whale for a clear photo, but all good! Just being in their presence was humbling and such a beautiful sight to witness!
Also caught a rainbow appearing from the spray of the boat which was stunning! 🌈
Started my day with a 10k in Castle Rock with @tiffanykaypayne. 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️I have now officially figured out there are 2 ways to place in a race- get faster or get older?!? 😂😂😂 but anyway you want to look at it today was a WIN because I got out there and chose peak happiness over the pleasure of sleeping in this morning! The third place 🥉🥉🥉in my age group was just a little icing on the virtual cake🍰🍰🍰. 😉I hope everyone does something that brings them peak happiness 🥰🥰or moves them closer to that state of being! Love y’all! ❤️❤️❤️.
Yooooo long time no posts 💁♀️
I’ve been getting my workouts in playing in a summer lacrosse league 🥍 and running here and there but I seriously need to get my butt back in the gym on the regular. So this is me trying to keep myself accountable. •
I took a promotion at work some months back and it majorly messed with my routines and significantly upped my stress levels, I fell off with my workouts and eating habits because of all the disruption, I allowed myself some space to adjust but that turned into a MAJOR hiatus. •
Our routines and the way we think about them can play such a huge role in sticking with them when things change. This has been a learning process for me in recognizing how to cope with changes and increased stress levels and the importance of modifying routines rather than taking a break from them all together. I’m feeling ready to try and create new routines that are a better fit with the changes that I’ve had.
