Something I know I personally need to get better at: stop thinking about how much further I need to go to reach my goals and start thinking about each day. Day by day. Every single day that you crush it. If you crush each individual day for 365 days, well dang you just crushed a year and you’ll see massive changes. Shoot you can see some big change in 3 months. When we focus on how much further we have it gets us down and then that’s when you start to get the “frick it what’s this one bad day going to do, what’s this one bag of chips going to do I have so much further to go anyway” instead we need to think “all I have to do is crush today. I just have to be the best I can today.” Those days add up. Just crush today.

Good session but heavy as usual 😁 Did singles to feel more safe and comfortabel with 220kg+ on my neck. It takes time but it goes in the right direction. Hope that I’m able to squat tomorrow in that way too! Adductor strain since five days may will hit me down.. #fight #givemybest

Hoffe, dass meine wöchentliche Squat Session morgen genau so gut wird, aber ich muss erst mal schauen inwieweit meine Adduktorenzerrung das zulässt.. Günstiger Zeitpunkt, nicht. Schauen wir mal ob alles noch so klappt. In genau 21 Tagen habe ich die Waage schon hinter mir :)
