So, which one was the lie?!
Two Truths & A Lie:
1. She is the youngest out of 3 siblings 👶🏻👧🏻👦🏻
2. She worked at Auntie Anne’s in high school 🥨
3. She was born in Pittsburg 🍼
Well, Coach Annie IS the youngest of the 3, and she DID work at Auntie Anne’s, which means she was NOT born in Pittsburg - She was actually born and raised in Wooster County!
A heart of gold in this one! 💛
If you want to grow your lats, try this. Pure lat isolation. This was 120 lbs each arm on the cable machine. So it’s better to go a little heavy and really put tension on those lats.
Happy Tuesday!!!!🥳 Here I have provided a picture with ab progress and my awkward arm that wasn’t flexing , just chilling there lol. If you swipe, you can see the ab workout I did today after Arms, Shoulders, & Back. I usually do this core routine after arm day. ❗️IMPORTANT TOPIC❗️: 🌟Sports Bras🌟 I purposely wore this sports bra today because IT IS TOO SMALL. Look at how some parts are bulging or falling out. Your sports bra shouldn’t be too loose where your baggage is jumping around...but it also shouldn’t be so tight that it leaves marks on your skin. The fit should be snug. I’d also recommend having at least 3 sports bras if you can. One to wear, one in the wash, one ready to go. You should treat your sports bra like a pair of running shoes — they only last so long. Depending on your level of activity, it would be beneficial to replace your sports bra every 6mo-1yr. The elasticity wears out over time and it won’t protect your 🍈’s too much once it does. It’s important to know what kind of sports bra works for you - light impact (yoga, low aerobic activity), moderate impact (biking, jogging, weights, etc), or high impact (running, soccer, HIIT, etc). It may also vary depending on how much support you PERSONALLY need — everybody is different😋 Having a good sports bra is really important because your 🍈’s only have so much “elasticity”. Exercising without one can break down your connective tissue and causing sagging or pain😵 This is just a really revised version of all the information you could learn about the importance of sports bras. I learned this through my training at Fleet Feet where one of my duties was helping fit people for bras.🤠💋
I never leave home without one of these. Being hangry in LA traffic is no joke. See how @arbonne compares to the other brands! 🤩 & thanks to @katterracina for the amazing visual 💚 Let me know if you’d like to order these or get more info!

TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY 👌🏻
the top picture was a year and a half ago, and i remember feeling so good about my outfit and my hair.....until i saw our pictures. then, i remember feeling disgusted and upset that i thought i looked totally different. 🤢
fast forward to this past friday, and it’s a very similar situation. i felt so cute on my way to watch my man graduate, and i got so many compliments on my dress. i wanted a picture so badly, and then i almost regretted having it taken.😓
there is a 30lbs difference here, and sometimes it’s really hard for me to see it. it’s a slow process, and you just have to trust it. not giving up this time has made such a difference in how i carry myself physically, mentally, and emotionally. 💪🏻
but anyways, if you got this far, DAMN LOOK HOW CUTE I AM THOUGH. 😍
A new location is in the works.
It’s time to get hype.
There’s no set date, but it’s coming soon!
Comment what other state/city you want us to be located in!!
Transformations don't have to be about what you lose. Sometimes it's about what you gain, like muscles, confidence, and bigger dreams. 🍻 to progress and accepting that health & fitness is a journey and not a destination.
Some girls carry make up in their purses! I carry prepped food and cutlery!!🤣🤪
Less than a year ago, I started this thing called @the.courage.campaign. I knew I wanted to help people in a deeper way than I was through traditional personal training but I had no idea of much else. ••
@bushidoandbourbon kept pushing me to get louder, more bold, more confident, more introspective... and I thought h*ly shit- I need to be the person that I have needed in my darkest, most difficult and insecure times. ••
There are so many black and brown kids in Boston who not only need to see themselves represented positively in mainstream media and their educational setting, but they also need to be reminded of their beauty and resilience in this world. ••
I’m signing a contract that will put The Courage Campaign in a high school next year! Me. Teaching high school kids courage and movement and empowerment. I have no words except the ones in this post right now. ••
I’m taking this one moment to be public and grateful, and then I’m getting back to work.
Thank you to the people who have been pushing me and believing in my mission this entire time. Special thanks to a group of #girlboss warriors who let me in and let me shine ⭐️⭐️⭐️ @laura.m.sargent @andrea.mirka @meghanschelzi@ejackson5@sarifl1

If you’re anything like me, breakfast is my jam! It’s my favourite meal to eat out! However, before you know it, a healthy meal out can come with a buttload of calories.
My top tips for choosing a kick ass meal when eating out:
1️⃣Don’t go overly hungry- just like you should avoid going grocery shopping if you haven’t eaten😂. If you go out and you’re already starving, chances are you are going to over eat. Before you know it, you’ve eaten so many entree’s before your main meal has gotten to you. If this is you, have a small snack prior to going out to curb your hunger.
2️⃣Add to your meals - Look for healthy options on the menu that you can add to your meals opposed to avoiding food items. Such as side of veggies to your breakfast like, mushies, tomatoes, spinach etc and choose lean meats and whole grains for your mains!
3️⃣Aim for a complete meal - make sure you have a good serve of carbs, proteins, veggies/salad and some fats! Lots of colour and variety.
4️⃣Always choose an option that has a decent protein serve! Whether that’s eggs, yoghurt etc. Protein assists in keeping you fuller for longer 👊🏼.
5️⃣Decode the menu- When you’re browsing the menu, look out for words like breaded, parmesan, crusted, fried, batter-dipped, sautéed, confit, Alfredo, rich and creamy. These words give you an idea of how it’s prepared. It’s better to go for options that say grilled and steamed. Meaning, the foods are probably cooked with less fat and oil etc.
6️⃣Ask away! Don’t ever be scared to get the waiter to make your meal healthier. Ask for sauces on the side or switch sides for a side salad etc.
7️⃣Caution with the portion. Listen to your body and stop eating when you’re satisfied. You don’t need to eat everything that’s put in front of you 💜.
8️⃣But most importantly, enjoy your meal and feel satisfied with what you have chosen. Don’t feel guilty if it’s foods you don’t usually choose. Remember, food is pleasurable!!
And guess what? I MADE IT🙌🏼🤩
Respuesta corta: NO no es fácil. Hay que fajarse a estudiar. No sólo en la universidad sino por el resto de tu vida. Es una ciencia y cada día sale algo nuevo que aprender✨
Today we got another peek at the little peanut today! Measuring right on track and everything is looking really good!
I share so much about our miracle baby because we have prayed for this for 4 years. This time last year we were at the doctors trying to figure out why we couldn’t get pregnant. We ended up going on infertility medicine with no success. That is when I decided to get serious with my weight on WW and I believe losing 40 pounds has helped a lot with the process. ❤️ #7weekspregnant
